Second Party (Client/Project Quality representatives) and Third Party (Independent) involves activities performed at Suppliers’/Manufacturers’ facilities or Site for all types of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Communication equipment/commodities manufactured/procured on various projects in Oil & Gas, Marine, Petrochemical, Renewable Energy, Power, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and other associated industries.
We are engaged in Project Quality inspection/Vendor inspection/ Pre-Shipment inspection assignments pertaining to global projects, from the order placement/ PIM, through to commissioning/FAT/SAT and delivery, as per our clients’ requirements. We handle inspection assignments on both Ad-hoc (on call) or Resident basis, as per our clients’ requirements.

The inspection requirements are performed by our integrated global network using highly experienced and qualified personnel, specifically certified/experienced/trained in the commodities they are assigned to work with. Shop & Desk Expediting is performed to assess the status of design, document approvals, material availability, production status and adherence to scheduled milestones/delivery commitments.
Our highly experienced and skilled expeditors’ mode of operation usually covers the following; Review of purchase order, project schedule & specifications and identify key milestones. Meet and discuss with the key project personnel regarding the project progress and pro-active planning. Understand & consolidate current project status through site visit, production & project meetings and interactions with production team including execution personnel who are responsible for the actual production.
Identifying delays in project schedule, foreseeing bottlenecks and resolving it through pro-active planning. Prepare Recovery plans for activities that are behind the delivery schedule. Monitor the timely delivery of sub-contracted items. Any slippage or anomalies observed will be discussed and recovery plans agreed to ensure delivery schedules. Liaise with QC for timely stage wise clearance and if required, with the presence of TPI or Client representatives. Project an updated delivery schedule as per the current project status and liaise with Client and contractor to make arrangements for shipping.
